Individual Presentations

Present on an argument/arguments surrounding historical and/or current examples of racial inequality in our society using at least three credible sources - make sure to also cite these sources in your presentation (at least one must be an article from a peer-reviewed journal). An MLA-formatted annotated bibliography (including the three paragraphs in the example on Purdue OWL) and a physical copy of the presentation must be uploaded to your blog (visual or written). No more than 2 people may signup per day. 

Time: 10-15 minutes

(No more than 2 minutes of this time may be spent showing a video clip.)

 

Grades will be given based on quality of:

Organization (10 points)

Presentation of Argument (20 points)

Presentation of Evidence (20 points)

Visual/Written Component (20 points)

Annotated Bibliography (15 points)

Preparation (15 points) 

 

Signup by Monday, February 1st. After this date, please discuss any changes with me first. 

 

If you are signed up to present on a Monday, okay your presentation sub-topic with me by Friday.

If you are signed up for a Wednesday, okay your sub-topic with me by Monday.
